HockeyStickMan offers a selection of retail sticks just like you’d find at any traditional hockey store. We carry retail models to round out our lineup and ensure we’re covering every option you might be looking for. As an added bonus, all retail sticks ship free of charge.

One-Time Full Replacement Warranty (30 Days)

Retail model sticks are eligible for a standard 30-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, issued through HockeyStickMan. If a stick breaks within this period, an exact replacement of the original stick purchased will be awarded.

If an exact replacement is no longer available, the full purchase value of the stick (before taxes) will be issued as a HockeyStickMan gift card. This credit can be used at any time toward a replacement or other products.

1. Customers must provide evidence of the broken stick by either bringing it to an HSM location or filing a warranty claim within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so voids eligibility for warranty coverage.
2. Any replacement stick, whether issued directly or purchased using warranty credit, does not come with additional warranty coverage.
3. Warranty parameters for retail sticks are set by the manufacturers. As such, timelines and conditions are not flexible, as replacements are issued by the manufacturer, not HockeyStickMan.

What Classifies as a Break

The following damage qualifies as a broken stick eligible for warranty:

1. A complete break in the shaft or blade of the stick.
2. A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade that renders the stick unusable.

What Does Not Classify as a Break

The following types of damage do not qualify for warranty coverage:

1. Surface marks or scuffing.
2. Cosmetic scratches in the shaft or blade that do not travel through the carbon fiber.
3. Soft or “spongy” blades that still maintain full rigidity.
4. Whippy or “whipped-out” sticks.
5. Chips in the blade or shaft.

Please note: Warranty coverage applies only to breakage during normal, routine use. Items that have been abused, neglected, or misused are not eligible for warranty.
