We understand that oftentimes you may need a stick right away. Therefore, we strive to get sticks packaged and sent out as quickly as possible!  This is continually our focus and our fulfillment time has never been quicker and more responsive.  

If there are any questions or concerns we phone the customer right away.  When your order is fulfilled you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

HockeyStickMan is happy to service customers every day of the week with orders being shipped all across North America as well as worldwide! Sticks are mainly shipped using UPS & FedEx because the added reliability & flexibility of working with the two biggest couriers in the world helps us get our customers their sticks as fast as possible.

Hockey sticks are kind of a funny item to ship due to their innate length and awkward shape.  It makes them expensive to ship just one, but pretty much the same cost to ship 2, 3, 4 or 5. Therefore, we generally charge a flat rate of $19.99 for Ground ($21.99 with Signature) and $29.99 for Express (within most areas of the United States and Canada).  Read up on more details of shipping costs here.

Please note:

• The flat rate does not cover the full cost of most shipments. 
• FedEx/UPS do not service some areas so we instead have to ship via USPS or Canada Post. 
• We ship most orders the next business day.  The advertised shipping time for your selected service would be the typical timeline once the courier has picked it up.  You will receive a notification once we package your item, and another once it has been scanned in by the courier.

Free Shipping Eligible Items

Free Shipping Eligible items require just a $100 minimum threshold to be met in order to be awarded Free Shipping. This can be done by purchasing one OR multiple Free Shipping Eligible items. Once that threshold is met, you can add other items that are not Free Shipping Eligible and still take advantage of that free shipping!

Please be advised, the free shipping is applied as $20 discount off of shipping. Free shipping cannot be stacked on other discount codes/loyalty codes/bundle and save discounts. Inputting an additional discount code will override your free shipping eligibility, so it's in your best interest to consider whether the free shipping or your unique discount code saves you more money in the end.

Post-Purchase Price Adjustment Policy

Sometimes our already great deals can get even better when we run a temporary sale or make a permanent price drop. Here is our approach on post purchase price adjustments:

Not Eligible for Price Adjustments:

• Pro Stock Sticks & Gear: Due to limited supply and high demand, pro stock items are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.
  
• Low Inventory Items: If the item you purchased was one of the last in stock at the time, we do not offer a price adjustment. Buying early ensured availability, which we consider a fair tradeoff.

Eligible for Price Adjustments:

• Retail Products: If a regularly stocked retail item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, and we still have a reasonable amount of inventory, we’ll honour the sale price and refund you the difference.
  
• Closeout Items: Price adjustments may be considered for closeout products on a case-by-case basis, depending on inventory levels.

Additional Terms:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
  
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
  
• All adjustments are subject to inventory availability and store discretion.
