Free Shipping on Retail Sticks

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Retail sticks with a minimum spend of $100. This is applied as a $20 shipping rate discount, enough to cover the $19.99 flat rate charged to most locations. If a more expensive shipping option is selected, such as Express Shipping, $20 will still be deducted from the shipping cost.

Fulfillment & Delivery Time

When you need a stick, you often need it ASAP. Whether your go-to weapon just broke or you need a replacement quickly, we get it. That’s why HockeyStickMan places a strong emphasis on getting your new stick into your hands as fast as possible.

We aim to have orders fulfilled by the next business day, if not the same day. Once fulfilled, your stick will arrive within the advertised business-day timeline for the shipping service you selected.

HockeyStickMan fulfills orders seven days a week. After fulfillment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details sent to the email used at checkout. Please note that most carriers do not pick up shipments on weekends, and tracking updates may not appear until the following business day. As a result, orders placed on Friday may not show tracking movement until Monday.

Please note:

• We ship primarily via FedEx or UPS. In some remote areas, Canada Post or USPS may be used, which can result in longer delivery times.
• Advertised shipping timelines reflect typical business-day transit times once the courier has scanned the package.
• The flat rate shipping fee (when Free Shipping does not apply) does not fully cover the cost of shipping a hockey stick. The remaining cost is absorbed by HockeyStickMan.

Return Eligibility

1. A stick is eligible for return or exchange only if it remains unused, untaped, and unaltered. If these conditions are not met, returns will not be accepted, no exceptions.
2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Customers are responsible for a $20 flat-rate return shipping fee.
4. In the case of an exchange, HockeyStickMan covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
5. If a return is submitted for an item that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, no refund or credit will be issued.
